With Alicia Stevens...Yoga for children is ideal as it cultivates imagination, physical strength and mental discipline, providing children with a healthy, fun outlet for all their creative energy while it focuses and hones their attention and thoughts. It builds self-esteem, determination and confidence as they move through the postures. It’s a great way for children to try something new!
